Stromberg Allen has unique expertise in large format collating. We have a variety of high-speed collators. Our largest collating machine has 16 pockets able to handle 28×40 sheets or 32 pockets of 22×40 sheets. There are only two machines of this size in North America. This machine is used to produce flipcharts, saddle-stitched big books and desk calendars. We also have a custom high-speed, automated book collating line capable of collating thick items into finished sets. This machine is used to assemble reading book sets for school libraries or automated collating of point-of-purchase kits for retailers.
In addition, we have several smaller collators used to assemble card sets, retail marketing kits and retail sign programs.
